IntrodUction
Hellow all.. welcome to my blog.. this is, as the title says, a place of my own; a place of reflection where i shall pen my thoughts, and record my daily happenings!. Haha.
Joke!!: One day, 2 FBI agents reported to HQ after completing their mission. Their commander asked one to stay for the debriefing, and the other to leave. The other guy complained: But its been long since i last had a debriefing! you see.. i wear boxers!

Anyway anyway back to the serious stuff..
Who am i? John. What am i doing now? slacking. Big time. Like, why do i have totally nothing to do when all my friends are busy mugging.. lol.. anw.. like the sidebar shows, i chose poly, after spending 1st 3 months in SAJC. Not to say its a bad school. Its like, so cool lor. cooler than any other school in my opinion. We are all entitled to our own opinion. But yea, sTrOnGlY advise u to go to sajc. muhaha. Its slackers paradise, yet the students still score well in A lvls (well, kinda..). Why? some believe its divine intervention. After all its a mission school! haha.
Back to topic. well, i had many reasons to choose poly. Although tons of people recommended me to take the JC route for being shorter and 'safer', i chose otherwise. beeecause:
-More relaxed... -_-"
-More hands on, less books
-No need wake up at 6am n stagger home n drop dead at 5pm+
-No need to study irrelevant subjects
-Easier to get position of authority? (well... er... ya WAD.. less competition.)
-Still can get into uni. Got advanced 1-2 yrs standing summore lor. But i must really work hard to top the class. yea.
-No subject-by-subject comparison with JC peers?.....
-I pursue what i love.
-In a league of my own. Muhahaha.. mu zhong wu di. (hanyupinyin correct?? -_-)
-Scholarships are better, yet easier to obtain than JC ones.
That said, i think the only negative things i identified are: 1. Kena bad influence by ah bengs? 2. Very hard to get into NUS. But who says im studying in spore? dun wanna. 3. Treated as a second class student? maybe.
Well, my aim is to get amongst the uppermost strata of the academic body at poly. Muhahaha. Hey, i have to. if not my head will roll. Diploma in Architecture only?? might as well die. Want at least a Masters.
Though its obviously too late to change my mind now, any comments r welcome =)
p.s. The Pacifier movie roxx! i just watched it. damn funny lor. ROX.
