Parade Of SkoolZ
Time for me to suit up and perform. Ya see, every year my church holds a youth conference in June, and it also organises competitions like Talentime, Word Power, Extreme Sports (super hiong one.. endorsed by Singapore Triathlon Association or sth.) etc..
Well, as for me, I am involved in the Parade Of Schools, a grand ol' parade where every educational instituition gets to perform an item that usually includes a cheer, a dance, and some stunts. Last year I was with the East Cluster of secondary schools. This year however, I am with SinGaPore PolY!!... The super enthu people are holding practices every single day, and I am dead beat after 3 straight days of practice. At least this time I don't have to worry about my mid-year exams. Had to study while practising last year lA. And it also gives me something to take up my time during my 'holidays'. Also, this time its not as tiring, as I don't need to do any heavy lifting. YET. Cos so far only learn cheer and dance. Stunts come later. Haha.
